Gluten-Free Bread
Tired of not being able to enjoy sandwiches? Now you can with our variety of moist gluten-free breads. Bread comes in 6- to 7-inch loaf, which equals 10 slices of bread. It can be sliced for you or shipped whole. Your bread choices include:

• Light and Fluffy White Bread
• Organic Nut Seed Bread
• Cinnamon Raisin Bread
• (New) Sourdough Rye Bread
• Sandwich Rolls (3", 3 per Package)

Pizza Crust
Pile on the toppings and make the best pizza you ever had with our GF and DF pizza crust. This is our biggest seller and available in individual 6"–8" or full-size 8"–10" pies (8"–10" by request).

Tortillas
Make a cheesy quesadilla or a loaded burrito the gluten-free way! Our white flour tortillas — sold in packages of 3 (larger quantities by request). Both small 6-inch and large 10-inch burrito tortillas are available.

Fresh Pasta
Boil up some home-styled fettuccini or stuff your own raviolis with our fresh pasta. You can choose from our 5-oz. or 20-oz. family-size packages. 

Gluten-Free Desserts
Finish off your meal with our gluten-free desserts, now featuring sticky toffee fig cake and cinnamon and sugar sopasillas. Occasion cakes are available by request. Call for a consultation today!

Flourless Coconut Macaroons
Our gluten-free macaroons are available in 3 variations: plain, dried tart cherries, and dark chocolate chip.

Italian-Style Soft Biscotti

All of our web orders are processed on Sundays and/or Mondays.  It is essential to ensure freshness.  If your order is made between Tuesday and Saturday, it will still be baked and shipped the following Tuesday.  This requirement is important to prevent any overnight or 2-day shipment from getting caught up over the weekend and arriving to you anything less than fresh.  Certain regional restrictions do apply and shipping cost / times may vary, which are out of the control of the baker.  Communication is key and you will be provided all tracking information and additional information as needed.  We hope this does not pose any discontentment and your understanding is greatly appreciated.  We love for you to have the freshest product possible and it will be worth the wait!  Thank you so much!
