Proprieter & Gluten-free Baker Nicole Clarke-Maldonado is getting her gluten-free certification and is completing her Bachelor's degree to become a health coach. After being diagnosed with Celiac Disease 8 years ago, she was sick of missing out on some of her favorite foods. So, she started experimenting with recipes and realized there was an expanding need for tasty gluten-free food. Inspired by this, she is now the premier gluten-free baker on the West Coast and a supplier of many local businesses, offering free delivery service as a thank-you for their support.
